6th Round of Inspection: Centralized Feedback Meeting of the CPC Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Held
On January 9, the Inspection Leadership Leading Group of the CPC Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) held a centralized feedback meeting for the 6th round of inspections, providing consolidated feedback to the 16 inspected units of the 6th round. Wu Zhaohui, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Executive Deputy Head of the Inspection Leadership Leading Group, attended the meeting and put forward requirements for carrying out rectification from the 6th round of inspections. Sun Yegang, Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at CAS and Deputy Head of the Inspection Leadership Leading Group, attended the meeting and reported on prominent issues identified during the 6th round of inspections. Wang Hua, Deputy Secretary-General and Secretary of the CPC Sub-branch of the Shanghai Branch, participated via video link. The meeting was chaired by Wang Datong, Deputy Secretary-General and member of the Inspection Leadership Leading Group.
Wu Zhaohui emphasized the need to earnestly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, instructions, and directives, effectively raise political awareness, and courageously confront problems identified through inspections. It is essential to fully implement the deployment requirements of the CAS Leadership Group without compromise, tackle difficulties head-on in carrying out rectification, and promote high-quality development through effective rectification. Responsibility must be层层 pressed down at every level, and a coordinated and efficient rectification mechanism must be improved and strengthened.
As scheduled, the feedback for the 6th round of inspections adopted a combination of centralized feedback and one-on-one feedback to the inspected units. Following the meeting, the CAS Inspection Office will organize separate feedback sessions to the principal Party and administrative leaders as well as to the cadres and staff of the 16 inspected units.
Relevant persons in charge from the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at CAS, the Talent and Personnel Bureau, and the Audit and Supervision Bureau (Office of the Inspection Leadership Leading Group), heads of the 6th round inspection teams, secretaries of the CPC sub-branches of the branches where the inspected units are located, heads of discipline inspection groups, principal Party and administrative leaders of the inspected units, secretaries of discipline inspection committees, and other officials attended the meeting.
