Engineer Position at CIAC

1. Qualifications
① under the age of 45
② Ph.D.
③ more than 4 years of research or engineering experience, for oversea applicants, Assistant Professor or higher position is preferred, Professor for applicants at home
④ independently managed or participated a key contributor to research project(s) or engineering project(s) and made significant achievements
⑤ being considerably influential in the academic area both at home and abroad, ability to integrate and lead one team to execute key project and make marked innovation achievement
⑥ five years after getting the doctorate degree, his/her achievements should meet at least one of the following requirements
A. more than 5 papers (IF>=3) published in international core journals indexed by SCI
B. participated in key engineering project(s), held the knowledge of the key technology, and held at least granted invention patents important patent as the first or second inventor.
C. was responsible for technology R&D at famous Hi-tech enterprises, host the whole industrialization process of a project
