| National Analytical Research Center of Electrochemistry and Spectroscopy |
National Analytical Research Center of Electrochemistry and Spectroscopy (NARCES) was set up in 1990 with the approval of Ministry of Sciences and Technology of People`s Republic of China. NARCES works in both analytic and research fields, and has comprehensive ability in analysis and measurement.
There are 34 staff including 15 senior scientists and a lot of state-of-arts instruments, such as ICP, NMR, XPS, IR, RAMAN, TEM, SEM, INSTRON, HAAKE in NARCES.
255,000 samples have been analyzed from 2000-2005 and 15% of them were from outside CIAC. Data provided by NARCES concern industry, agriculture, national defense and security, scientific research and other fields. 201 papers were published and 10 patents were filed.
NARCES obtained Accreditation Certificate of China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories and Metrology Accreditation Certificate from by CNAL and NBTS, respectively.
