CIAC scientist, Peng Wang, who works at the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Physics and Chemistry, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, led a review on TiO2 nanomaterials and their applications in the field of PV energy sources.

In this recently published review, Wang introduced the properties of TiO2 nanomaterials first, and in the following part, the applications of them were presented in detail. The content includes their application in dye-sensitized solar cells, polymer-inorganic solar cells, Quantum Dot-Sensitized Solar Cells, Inorganic Solid-State Solar Cells, and Perovskite Solar Cells.

This review was published in Chem. Rev. 2014, 114, 10095−10130.
