30 high school students, led by SUN Ming, Vice President of Jiaxing Association for Science and Technology came to the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry on July 14th. This visit was one of the activities of the Science Summer Camp organized by JXAST.
The students were guided a tour to the exhibition hall and the research labs of CIAC. During the tour, they familiarized themselves with new technologies in the field of chemistry and their applications. After the visit, Prof. HONG Guangyan conducted a lecture for these students to share his experiences in the process of science investigation. He also told stories about Prof. NI Jiazuan, who is a Chinese top chemist, and a Jiaxing native.
