Günter Reiter , Professor of the Institute of Physics, University of Freiburg, Germany, was invited to talk on polymer dewetting and crystallization on March 19, 2015. Prof Reiter is Professor of Experimental Polymer Physics. He graduated from the Technical University of Graz/Austria in 1985, and gained his Ph.D. in the same university on nuclear physics. From 1982-1992, he was a postgraduate research fellow at Max-Plank-Institute for polymer research. He also worked at University of Illinois and LLB Saclay as research fellow in the following two years. From 1994 – 2001, he was Senior Research Fellow of CNRS Mulhouse, France and then held the position of Research Director till 2008 when he became a professor at the institute of Physics, University of Freiburg, Germany.
